Christina Bui is the Associate Managing Partner in the Northern California practice of Tatum, LLC. Tatum is the nation's largest and fastest growing executive services firm, focused on financial and technology C-level interim leadership (CFO, CIO, and Controller) and mission-critical consulting services to companies facing transitions.
Bui has over 18 years experience with finance, operations and business development in the engineering, healthcare and financial industries. Prior to joining Tatum, Bui was responsible for market development of the Northwest region for Parsons Corp.’s transportation group across five divisions: bridges/ tunnels, rail transit systems, highways, aviation and consumer services. Before joining Parsons, she was part of the executive team of Manna Consultants, an engineering firm, where she monitored corporate administration and financial matters and directed business development activities in the transportation, facilities, and industrial utility sectors, both domestic and in Asia.
Prior to joining the engineering industry, Bui was with Encore Capital Management, a private investment company and venture capital firm in the Washington, D.C. area. She performed financial analyses on investment opportunities for several hedge funds dedicated to investing in private equity investments of publicly traded companies. She helped launch a Vietnam fund and was involved with one of the firm’s venture capital projects in Vietnam. Before Encore, Bui was part of the Corporate Government Affairs team of Johnson & Johnson and represented the healthcare company on Capitol Hill on corporate and health care issues.
Bui holds an MBA in Corporate Finance from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Affairs and French from the University of Virginia.
